Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of yarn coated with metal is characterized by coating grey yarn of a warp beam state with the metal and simplifying a process. On weaving fabric, the yarn coated with the metal is used as much as needed quantity. The fabric has excellent antistatic property and electron wave shielding effect. CONSTITUTION: Yarn of a warp beam state is coated with metal after warping. A coating method of the metal is an electroless plating method or a spattering method. Fabric having excellent antistatic property and electron wave shielding effect is obtained by the steps of: coating the yarn with the metal; adding the coated yarn to warp or weft as much as needed quantity; and then weaving the fabric out of the warp and the weft. |
