Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A low loss magnetic material having negative coercivity is provided to reduce energy loss by using negative coercivity caused by an anti-ferromagnetic coupling between crystalline and amorphous phases. CONSTITUTION: A small loss magnetic material having negative coercivity includes grid-shaped crystalline phases formed by applying heat in an amorphous magnetic material. An anti-ferromagnetic coupling is induced between the amorphous phase and the crystalline phase in the magnetic material such that an effective coercivity of the two phases is less than a sum of respective coercivity of each of the two phases. The following relation is satisfied, Hc=Hc1*Vcr+Hc2(1-Vcr). Hc1 and Vcr are the coercivity and a volume ratio of the crystalline phase, respectively. Hc2 is the coercivity of the amorphous phase. |
