Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system for winding an optical fiber with a tension compensation wheel is provided to compensate for a tension change caused by a movement of an optical fiber generated during a wind operation. CONSTITUTION: A system for winding an optical fiber with a tension compensation wheel includes a pay-off unit(10). The pay-off unit(10) includes a predetermined spool for winding an optical fiber drawn from an optical fiber preform. A take-up unit(20) includes a proof test spool(21). The optical fiber drawn from the pay-off unit(10) is rewound by the proof test spool(21) with a predetermined length. Input/output capstans(13,23) are installed between the pay-off unit(10) and the take-up unit(20) in order to guide the drawn and wound optical fiber.
