WATER SAVING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR A TOILET BOWL CONNECTED WITH A BIDET CAPABLE OF SELECTING THE QUANTITY OF WATER USED FOR URINE AND FECES BY SENSING THE WATER LEVEL USING A CONTROLLER OF A BIDET AND A CISTERN OF A TOILET BOWL

PURPOSE: A water saving device for a toilet bowl connected with a bidet is provided to economize in water by discharging the appointed quantity of water according to urine and feces. CONSTITUTION: In a toilet bowl(30) fixed with a bidet which contains: a cistern(33) connected with a water tank or a water supply pipe(31) to store up the fixed quantity of water for washing; a toilet seat installed on the front of the cistern to let a user sit on; a washing nozzle(37) and a drying nozzle installed on the lower part of the toilet seat to wash and dry the anus and privates after stool; and a control pad(36) having many operational buttons, the water saving device for the toilet bowl connected with the bidet comprises a branch pipe(41) installed to supply water(32) to the cistern and the bidet using the water supply pipe, and a 3-way directional valve(42) installed on the branch pipe and provided with a cistern valve(47) and a bidet valve(52) to supply water to the bidet and the cistern. The bidet valve of the 3-way valve is operated by a controller(50) by selecting a bidet button of the control valve, and the cistern valve of the 3-way directional valve is operated by a controller by sensing with sensors(43,44) for urine and feces of the cistern to set up the water levels for urine and feces(SL,LL) and selecting a washing button(45) installed on the control pad of the bidet.
