Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a method and an apparatus for preparing silica fine powder, which are able to provide the silica fine powder having improved properties by using a spraying device for introducing a raw material and adopting an electrostatic precipitation method for recovering a product. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) allowing methylchlorosilane to be flown in a burner using a spraying device; and (b) after generating flame at a temperature of 800-1,800 deg.C, recovering generated silica fine powder by an electrostatic precipitation manner. In an apparatus for preparing the silica fine powder comprising a raw material inlet pipe (2), a burner, and a recovering device, a spraying gas inlet pipe (4) is additionally mounted on the apparatus and an electrostatic precipitator is used as the recovering device.
