Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for controlling level of hearth layer in sintering process, wherein the apparatus capable of always constantly maintaining storage capacity of hearth layer by controlling discharge quantity of hearth layer disposed on the bottom of a sintering machine according to change of sintering quantity. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a first level detector(20a) for measuring level of ore that exists in a hearth layer hopper(16); a weight detector(20b) for detecting weight of the hearth layer hopper; a second level detector(20c) installed in rear of the hearth layer hopper based on a proceeding direction of a sintering machine to detect thickness of hearth layer sent to the sintering machine from the hearth layer hopper; an input setting part(100) for setting speed and width of the sintering machine, control unit time, and standard deviation value for the hearth layer hopper; a hearth layer level control part for setting a discharge speed in which a deviation between a present weight of the hearth layer hopper and discharge weight maintains the deviation set value set in the input setting part after calculating weight of hearth layer discharged from the hearth layer hopper in a certain cycle by operating a moving distance of the sintering machine operated from the measured hearth layer thickness of the second level detector and the width and the control unit time set in the input setting part; a speed control part(250) for outputting a speed control value by comparing the discharge speed set in the hearth layer level control part with the current ore level of the hearth layer hopper detected in the first level detector; a discharge feeder motor for driving a hearth layer discharge feeder(17); and a motor driving part(260) for driving the driving motor while controlling speed of a driving motor of the hearth layer discharge feeder according to control of the speed control part. |
