Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A wale load conversion method and a spacer are provided to cut down the construction cost and to improve constructability by decreasing the section of a wale and widening the setting interval of struts by reducing the stress placed on a wale by converting the distribution load added on a wale into concentration load added on a support point of a strut. CONSTITUTION: The wale load conversion method comprises the steps of attaching a spacer(1) which transfers the earth pressure added on an H-pile(5) between a wale(2) and an H-pile(5) to a wale as concentration load and adjusting the site of the wale(2) where a strut(4) and an inclined strut(3) are abutted to be same as the location of the H-pile(5). The spacer(1) is installed to transfer the load of an H-pile(5) to a wale as concentration load and able to transfer load smoothly if the H-pile(5) is transformed by forming a contact plane with the wale in a semi-globular shape.
