Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A solid substrate covalently bonded with a rotaxane compound and a biochip using the same substrate are provided, thereby forming an interface layer on the surface of the solid substrate at certain intervals, so that high selectivity and sensitivity of biochip can be prepared using the solid substrate. CONSTITUTION: The rotaxane compound of formula (1) in which a compound of formula (3) of Y1-R1-X1-R2-X2-R3-Y2, vertically penetrates an inner cavity of cucurbituril of formula (2) or its derivatives is provided, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently C2-C10 linear saturated or unsaturated alkylene, ethyleneglycol oligomer, 1,4-substituted benzene, or 1,4-substituted pyridine; X1 and X2 are independently a function group having a positive charge capable of ion-dipole interacting with an oxygen atom of cucurbituril of formula (2) or its derivatives; Y1 is a function group capable of binding with bio-materials including gene or protein; Y2 is a function group capable of binding with the solid substrate; n is an integer of 4 to 20; and R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen, alkenyloxy having optionally substituted C1-C20 alkyl and an unsaturated binding end, carboxyalkylsulfideoxy having optionally substituted C1-C20 alkyl, carboxyalkyloxy having optionally substituted C2-C6 alkyl, aminoalkyloxy having optionally substituted C2-C8 alkyl, or hydroxyalkyl having optionally substituted C2-C8 alkyl. The solid substrate(1) is covalently bonded with 0.05 to 0.6 number/nm2 of the rotaxane compound of formula (1).
