MOLD OF A PACKING BUFFER MATERIAL FORMING DEVICE FOR PRODUCING VARIOUS SHAPES OF PACKING BUFFER MATERIALS BY REPLACING A LOWER SUPPORT PLATE

PURPOSE: A mold of a packing buffer material forming device is provided to make various sized packing buffer materials by adjusting positions of a side support plate, a thickness regulating block, and a movable support plate without making a jig corresponding to the standard of various channel-type packing buffer materials. CONSTITUTION: In a packing buffer material forming device for making a corrugated cardboard paper tube wound by a thickness regulating block lifted up and down by an operating cylinder, a mold for the packing buffer material forming device is composed of a gear box(22) installed on a base(11) and mounted with a gear therein; a plurality of screws(23) arranged at both sides of the gear box, engaged with the gear, and formed with threads in the opposite direction; a movable support plate(24) engaged with the screw to move horizontally; a lower support plate(25) connected with the movable support plate to hold up a lower part of the packing buffer material in pressurizing; and a side support plate(26) coupled with the movable support plate and the lower support plate to prop up the lateral sides of the packing buffer material.
