PACKING BUFFER MATERIAL MOLDING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF FOR PRODUCING CHANNEL OR ANGLE-TYPE PACKING BUFFER MATERIALS USING A CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BY AN AUTOMATIZATION METHOD

PURPOSE: A packing buffer material molding device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve production efficiency and to cut down the manpower and cost by installing molding units at each side of a rotating body and molding a packing buffer material with turning the rotating body. CONSTITUTION: A packing buffer material molding device is composed of a support unit installed with a plurality of support plates(5) and a motor mounted at the support plate; a rotating body(2) of which both sides facing each other are propped up by the support plates and rotated by the motor; and a molding unit comprising a pressurizing plate(13) lifted up and down by an operating cylinder(12) disposed on a horizontal plane and a pressurizing unit(9) installed at the pressurizing plate to form a shape of a packing buffer material together with a support frame(10). The rotating body has a plurality of horizontal planes between lateral sides and the support frames installed at each horizontal plane.
