SOLENOID BOBBIN WINDING DEVICE CAPABLE OF WINDING COIL AND INSULATION FIBER IN BOTH DIRECTIONS

PURPOSE: A solenoid bobbin winding device is provided to allow a coil and an insulation fiber to be wound on a solenoid bobbin in both directions. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid bobbin winding device(1000) comprises a base(100), a head board(200) and a tail board(300), winding units, a first rail(110), a transfer board(400), a coil tension adjusting board, and a plurality of driving units. The head board and the tail board are arranged coaxially along a lengthwise direction on the base so as to fix a solenoid bobbin(600). The winding units are arranged on axial lines of the head board and the tail board such that an insulation fiber is wound into multi-layers in both directions along an outer surface of the fixed solenoid bobbin. The first rail is arranged in a lengthwise direction on the base such that the first rail is interposed between the head board and the tail board. The transfer board is slide-coupled to the first rail and moves the winding units individually. The coil tension adjusting board has a lower portion slide-coupled to a second rail arranged at a side of the first rail, such that a coil is wound into multi-layers along the outer surface of the bobbin. The driving units drive the winding units, transfer board, and the head board.
