Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An optimum design system for a wireless communication network and a method therefor are provided to reduce a calculating time and calculating complexity required for optimizing the wireless communication network, minimize call interruption, and maximize the quality of a communication service. CONSTITUTION: Data management units(11,15) manage geographic information data about a wireless communication service region and BS(Base Station) data of a region which becomes a optimization target. A domain division unit(20) divides a domain into the first domain including one BS and the second domain overlapped with the first domain on the basis of the geographic information data and the BS data of the data management units(11,15). A candidate solution set management unit(30) generates and manages a candidate solution set composed of parameters which become optimization targets for the domains divided by the domain division unit(20). A conformance calculating unit(40) calculates conformance by adapting a gene algorithm to the domains divided by the domain division unit(20). An optimization performing unit(50) firstly performs the optimization of a domain having the minimum conformance through the conformance calculating unit(40) on the basis of the candidate solution set generated in the candidate solution management unit(30). |
