Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system for maintaining/monitoring facilities using the RFID(Radio Frequency ID) and the USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) is provided to enhance reliability and availability of the facilities by enhancing accuracy for obtaining facility information, understanding a status of the facilities in real-time, and monitoring state change particulars for the facilities in a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A transponder(110) is attached to the facility. A transceiver(120) reads/writes facility management information to the transponder. A server(130) processes the facility information obtained through the transponder and the transceiver. A facility management application program(140) stores the facility information and analyzes the status/history of the facility.
