INSULATING AND WATERPROOFING METHOD FOR A COLOR EXTERNAL WALL CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE INFLOW OF RAINWATER FROM AN EXTERNAL WALL AND IMPROVING COOLING/HEATING EFFECTS BY INTERCEPTING THE LOSS OF HEAT FROM AN EXTERNAL WALL AND SOLAR HEAT

PURPOSE: An insulating and waterproofing method for a color external wall is provided to prevent the internal and surface dewing of an external wall which is required to waterproof, to maximize the blocking effect for ultraviolet rays and adiabatic effect, to improve constructability and the safety on a structure by finishing with colors and to function as an exterior finishing member. CONSTITUTION: The insulating and waterproofing method for a color external wall comprises the steps of: washing off an external wall at high pressure to prevent whitening and yellowing phenomenon(ST1); forming a primer layer by applying water-soluble alkali silicate as permeable waterproof materials on a joint, a crack, whitened and yellowed parts of the washed external wall(ST2); after applying the permeable waterproof materials, applying crack repair materials mixed with emulsion type binders and powdered inorganic fillers(ST3); after applying the crack repair materials, applying inorganic elastic waterproof materials mixed with emulsion type binders and powdered inorganic fillers(ST4); after applying the waterproof materials, forming an adiabatic waterproof layer by adding minute hollow ceramic powder and paints to acryl waterproof materials, then applying(ST5).
