MOTION PICTURE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR MONITORING REMOTE SYSTEMS IN REAL TIME

PURPOSE: A system for remotely monitoring motion pictures in real time is provided to bidirectional-communicate high-quality motion pictures and sounds between remotely monitored systems through the Internet, to thereby monitor and control the systems. CONSTITUTION: A system for remotely monitoring motion pictures in real time includes a monitoring unit(10), a monitoring controller(100), and peripherals(120). The monitoring unit includes a camera(11) for monitoring images, a microphone(12) for monitoring sounds, and a sensor(13). The monitoring controller compresses and stores motion pictures and sounds in real time according to the images, sound and monitoring information of the monitoring unit, and detects the generation of an event to inform each monitored system and user terminal of the generation of the event through the Internet/communication network. The peripherals are devices to be controlled by the monitoring controller and include a lamp(21), an alarm device(22), a telephone(23), a home electronic appliance(24) and a speaker(25).
