METHOD FOR SOLIDIFYING BONE ASHES CAPABLE OF MINIMIZING CHEMICAL VARIATION OF BONE ASHES

PURPOSE: A method for solidifying bone ashes is provided to minimize chemical variation of bone ashes such that bone ashes are reserved while maintaining an original state thereof. CONSTITUTION: Composition including one selected from the group consisting of PbO, Li2O, Na2O, Na2CO3, NaSO4 and K2O, a metal oxide of alkaline earths, a metal oxide selected from the group consisting of ZnO, SnO, B2O3 and Al2O3, and ashes are mixed with each other. The mixture is pulverized into fine powder. A high polymer binder and solvent are added to the fine powder and the mixture is stirred that the mixture is shifted into a paste state. After molding the paste, the molded paste is dried under a temperature of about 100 to 150°C. Then, the molded paste is subject to a plasticizing process under the temperature of about 600 to 900°C.
