Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for preventing formation of wave on tail part of strip wound around coiler, wherein the apparatus maintains tension of the strip coming out of final stand of finish rolling mill until coiling of the strip is completed by receiving information from upper level computer or upper level calculator, thereby automatically controlling the strip according to width and thickness of the strip. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for preventing formation of wave on the tail part of the strip by maintaining tension of a tail part of a strip coiled around a coiler after coming out of final stand of finishing rolling mill, the apparatus comprises a base part comprising a base plate(102) installed under transfer rolls(71) of a run out table between the final stand and the coiler, a pair of sliding blocks(110) connected to the base plate such that movement of the sliding blocks is guided to widthwise both sides of the strip, guide plate supporting blocks(112) which are fixed perpendicularly to the respective sliding blocks, and into which the transfer rolls are penetratingly inserted, and motor supporting bases(142) fixed perpendicularly to the respective guide plate supporting blocks; a left and right driving part comprising a left and right driving motor(124) fixed onto the base plate, and a screw shaft(134) which is connected to the left and right driving motor, and a bidirectional screw thread of which is connected to the sliding blocks respectively; an up/down driving part comprising up/down driving motors(144) fixed onto the respective motor supporting bases to provide rotary power in both directions, and two pairs of worm gears installed in front and rear of both sides of the up/down driving motors to receive rotary power of the up/down driving motors; and an idle roller part comprising screw shafts connected to a vertically lower side of the worm gears to receive rotary power, and idle rollers(168) rotatably connected to an end part of the respective pairs of screw shafts and installed above the transfer rolls.
