Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A hinge device, and a refrigerator having the same are provided to open and shut a door without interference with a circumference by opening the door with moving a hinge combined part of the door to a front while preventing a door end of the hinge combined part from moving to a side. CONSTITUTION: A main body fixed member(20) is fixed at a main body. A door fixed member(30) is fixed at a door opening and shutting the main body. A first connecting link(40) has one end rotatively connected with one end of the main body fixed member. A second connecting link(50) has both ends rotatively connecting with a free end of the first connecting link and one side of the door fixed member respectively. A third connecting link(60) is separated from the second connecting link in parallel, and has both ends rotatively connected with an intermediate part of the first connecting link and the other side of the door fixed member respectively. A fourth connecting link(70) has one end rotatively connected with the main body fixed member and the other end rotatively connected with an intermediate part of the third connecting link.
