Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A microorganism Photorhabdus temperata subsp. temperata ANU101 is provided. The microorganism has improved antimicrobial activity against Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. Carotovorum, Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. Atroseptium and Micrococcus lentelis, and is thus useful as a biological pesticide. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Photorhabdus temperata subsp. temperata ANU101(KACC 91042) is isolated from Heterorhabditis megidis(KCTC 10453BP) which is isolated from the soil. A composition for controlling harmful insects or plant pathogenic bacteria comprises the Photorhabdus temperata subsp. temperata ANU101(KACC 91042) as an effective component.
