DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING A CAMERA ROTATIONAL ANGLE OF A PORTABLE TERMINAL, PARTICULARLY CONCERNED IN CONFIGURING A CAMERA LENS WHOSE ROTATIONAL ANGLE CAN BE CONTROLLABLE, THEREBY IMPROVING A FUNCTION OF A VIDEO CELLULAR PHONE

PURPOSE: A device for controlling a camera rotational angle of a portable terminal is provided to configure a camera lens which is rotated in vertical direction or whose rotational angle is freely controlled, thereby improving a function of a video cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A camera lens(200) is mounted on a lens hole(100). A lens stack(400) is comprised within the lens hole(100), wherein a front side of the lens stack(400) is open to dispose the camera lens(200) while the lens stack(400) is connected by hinges(300) in a middle part. The lens stack(400) is rotated in vertical direction by an external force at hinge shafts of the hinges(300). A stopper(500) is comprised in a predetermined position on a side of the lens stack(400) to control a rotational angle of the camera lens(200).
