MOBILE TERMINAL HAVING WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE PLATFORM USING A GRAPHIC ACCELERATING PROCESSOR AND A GRAPHIC ACCELERATING METHOD USING THE SAME, PARTICULARLY FOR ENHANCING GRAPHIC PERFORMANCE BY UTILIZING A GENERAL PROCESSOR FOR ACCELERATING 2D/3D AND MULTIMEDIA APPLICATION PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal having a wireless Internet service platform using a graphic accelerating processor and a graphic accelerating method using the same are provided to increase a graphic processing rate and prevent a waste of resources of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A modem chip processor(40) processes a CPU cord and a call of a mobile terminal supporting a wireless Internet environment. An OS(Operating System) layer module(50) is included in the mobile terminal. A service platform layer module(70) provides contents through the mobile terminal. A terminal application layer module(60) connects the OS layer module(50) and the service platform layer module(70) and controls a modem chip processor(40) to provide contents. An acceleration processor application layer module(90) controls an acceleration processor. A graphic acceleration processor(81) of an acceleration processor layer module(80) performs graphic acceleration under the control of the acceleration processor application layer module(90).
