Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A decorative electric heater is provided to increase aesthetic value of the heater as well as to strengthen heater function by manufacturing various shape of fine heat pipes. CONSTITUTION: A decorative electric heater includes a body(2), a heating device(4), and a heat emitter(7). An insulating condensing material(3) is condensed in the body. The heating device is buried in the condensing material in the body. The heat emitter is formed by curving a fine heat pipe(5) having a cooling agent(5b) in a fine tube(5a) having an inner diameter between 1mm and 5mm. An upper portion of the heat emitter is protruded from the body while a lower portion thereof is attached to an outside of the heating device buried in the body. An optical catalyst coating layer(6) is formed on a surface of the fine heat pipe of the heat emitter which is protruded from the body.
