Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A refrigerator for efficiently using an inner space by changing a position of a drawer-type storage container as occasion demands is provided to move a container right and left according to height of foods. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator has a main body having a storage chamber with an open front, a shelf(20) installed to put foods thereon, and a container(30) installed under the shelf and movable in a horizontal direction. The shelf has a transfer member(40) movable in a horizontal direction for supporting the container to move backward and forward. A pair of transfer rails(22a) are protruded at front and rear parts of the shelf in a horizontal direction, facing each other. Transfer guides(41a) are formed at the transfer member to be inserted into the transfer rails so that the container is installed at the shelf movably in a horizontal direction.
