ASYMMETRIC ATTENUATOR FOR A MOBILE TERMINAL RADIO REPEATER, PARTICULARLY FOR SEPARATELY ATTENUATING TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION FREQUENCY ACCORDING TO TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION BAND AND ACHIEVING A RESONABLE COST

PURPOSE: An asymmetric attenuator for a mobile terminal radio repeater is provided to be manufactured at a lower cost with a simple structure, protect a repeater by making a repeater output as much as required and reduce a noise of a base station. CONSTITUTION: A transmission/reception signal is separated by using a duplexer(1). The reception signal obtains a required amount of attenuation in the process of being transmitted via a coupler(3) after passing through an attenuator(2), and the transmission signal is minimized in its attenuation through a transmission end of the duplexer(1) after passing through the coupler(3). At a rear end of the duplexer(1), in case that the amount of attenuation of a reception band is desired to be large, a coupling end of a receiving side is grounded, and in case that the amount of attenuation of a transmission band is desired to be large, a coupling end of a transmission side is grounded, and the grounded circuit is coupled as much as required amount of attenuation in a directly connected circuit.
