JUICE CONTAINING EXTRACT OF UNPOLISHED RICE WHICH IS GERMINATED WITH CHITOSAN AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Juice containing an extract of unpolished rice which is germinated with chitosan and a method for preparing the same are provided, which juice improves brain activity and memory loss, and has mind stabilizing and anti-convulsions activity. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing juice containing an extract of unpolished rice which is germinated with chitosan comprises the steps of: inserting 0.5 to 1 wt.% of sugar into water, heating the mixture at 80 to 100 deg. C, sequentially adding 10 to 12 wt.% of the extract of unpolished rice which is germinated with chitosan, 3 to 5 wt.% of Poria cocas WOLF extract, 2 to 4 wt.% of Euphoria longan STEUD. extract, 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of Zizyphus jujuba var. inermis R. extract, 2 to 4 wt.% of grape extract, 4 to 6 wt.% of oligosaccharide and purified water into the sugar solution, and heating the mixture at 80 to 100 deg. C; sequentially adding grapefruit extract and apple aroma into the mixture and cooling the mixture to 20 to 30 deg. C; and inserting the mixture into a vessel, filling the liquefied carbonate gas into the vessel, sealing the vessel and sterilizing the vessel at 100 deg. C for 20 to 40 minutes.
