FRONT SUCTION AND DISCHARGE TYPE OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER FOR INDUCING EXTERNAL AIR SUCKED INTO OUTDOOR UNIT THROUGH ONE SIDE TO AIR-COOLED TYPE CONDENSER

PURPOSE: A front suction and discharge type outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to efficiently induce external air sucked into an outdoor unit through one side to an air-cooled type condenser, thereby maximizing the heat exchange efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit case is formed of a front part(60) opened to be communicated with the outside of a building, both side parts(12a,12b) formed at both ends of the front part, a rear part(12c) opposite to the front part, a bottom part(14) and a top side part(16). A compressor(20) compresses refrigerant gas supplied to the outdoor unit case from an indoor unit. An air-cooled type condenser(30) is installed in the outdoor unit case for condensing the refrigerant gas supplied from the compressor, facing two or more of the front part, both side parts, and the rear part. A cooling fan(40) sucks external air in through the front part and the air-cooled type condenser for discharging the air exchanging heat in the air-cooled type condenser to the outside through the front part. Upper covers(32a,32b,32c) are installed at upper parts of space parts to induce the external air through the space parts formed between the air-cooled type condenser and the planes of the outdoor unit case opposite to the air-cooled type condenser.
