Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method of producing a functional beverage using the extract of Zanthoxylum schinifolium, Codonopsis lanceolata, Ginseng Radix and other herbs is provided. The beverage is useful as a healthy food effective for reinforcement of physical strength and recovery of weakening. CONSTITUTION: Medicinal herbs are extracted at 110deg.C for 24hr in a high pressure extractor(2kg/cm¬2), filtered and then sterilized to give a functional beverage. The medicinal herbs contain 20% by weight of Zanthoxylum schinifolium, 25% by weight of Codonopsis lanceolata, 20% by weight of Ginseng Radix, 0.5 to 5.5% by weight of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 0.2 to 2.5% by weight of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, 0.2 to 2.5% by weight of Liriopis Tuber and 0.2 to 1.5% by weight of Glycyrrhizae Radix. |
