Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for correcting a skew error of a read module are provided to correct the skew error generated by an error in assemblage in which the read module is slanted and installed at a certain angle. CONSTITUTION: A white shading plate(250) has a white patch and a black patch. A read module(240) reads the white patch and the black patch. A control unit(270) calculates a slant angle of the read module using information about the black patch read by the read module, compensates an image read by the read module, and corrects a skew error of the read module.
