APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RETRANSMITTING DATA PACKET UNDER MOBILE AD HOC NETWORK ENVIRONMENT

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for retransmitting a data packet under mobile ad hoc network environment are provided to obtain reliability and broadcast efficiency by minimizing influence of packet collision and transferring stably broadcast packets. CONSTITUTION: A transmission/reception module(1440) is used for receiving or transmitting the packet transmission information, the packet loss identification information, and wireless packets. A packet processing module(1420,1430) is used for receiving the wireless packets from the transmission/reception module and generating an event corresponding to the packet loss identification information or generating packets to be transmitted according to a broadcasting method. A storage module(1410) is used for storing the routing information about nodes adjacent to the packet transmission information. A control module(1400) is used for performing a data transmission process between an application program and a packet processing module and processing an event process corresponding to the event.
