EQUIPMENT FOR MANUFACTURING CEMENT MILK OF WET HYPERFINE PARTICLE CAPABLE OF CONSOLIDATING GROUND

PURPOSE: An equipment for manufacturing a cement milk of a wet, hyperfine particle is provided to manufacture the Grout, i.e. cement milk, with an amount of 4m¬3/h, which is made by being agitated with a diluted water with a necessary concentration, to be permeably poured into the void of fine sand or silt layer. CONSTITUTION: The equipment includes an agitation tank(10), made out of stainless, which is arranged on an upper surface plate(3) of the upper center of a frame(2), and has an upper cover plate(11), on which a motor(12) and its shaft(12a), and a separate reducer(13) are arranged, a rotation axis(14), and many agitation blades(15); a pipeline(16), whose one side is connected with the upper outer circumference of the agitation tank(10); a cylindrical ball mill(20), whose lower end is connected with the other side of the pipeline(16); and a temperature gauge(17), arranged in the position of the pipeline(16), near to the ball mill(20), so as to measure the inside temperature of the latter(20); besides a pump(31) with a pipeline(32), and a cement milk storage tank(40).
