Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A seat with a headrest adjusting the angle is provided to improve comfortableness in using the headrest, and to relieve injury of a neck of a driver at a collision by adjusting the position of the headrest according to the body of a user. CONSTITUTION: A seat comprises a seat cushion(10) on which a lower body of a passenger is placed; a seat back(20) connected to the seat cushion to place the upper body of the passenger; a headrest(30) installed in the upper part of the seat back; and a supporting bar(40) connecting the seat back to the headrest, and having an upper part(41) fixed to the headrest and a lower part(43) installed in the seat back and mounted in the lower end of the upper part by a hinge shaft(42). An angle adjusting unit is formed between the upper part and the lower part of the supporting bar to adjust the angle of the headrest.
