SYSTEM FOR REPORTING INCOMING CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF OUTGOING STANDBY OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, AND METHOD THEREOF, ENABLING USER TO RECOGNIZE INCOMING OR VOICE MESSAGE INFORMING THE USER OF CALL UNAVAILABLE STATE OF THE OTHER PARTY THROUGH VIBRATION

PURPOSE: A system for reporting an incoming call in the middle of an outgoing standby of a mobile communication terminal, and a method thereof are provided to allow a user(originator) to recognize incoming or a voice message informing the user of a call unavailable state of the other party through vibration or a bell signal without putting a mobile communication terminal to an ear. CONSTITUTION: A computer of a communication provider receives an originating signal including a telephone number of the other party, and then proceeds with call connection with the other party(S305,S310). The computer of the communication provider judges whether the other party receives the call(S315). If so, the computer of the communication provider generates a report signal for reporting incoming in a standby state for an originating signal, and transmits the report signal to a mobile communication terminal immediately before the call connection(S320,S325). If not, the computer of the communication provider judges the cause and generates a voice message for reporting call unavailable, and generates a report signal for reporting incoming in a standby state for an originating signal(S330,S335,S340,S345). The mobile communication terminal outputs vibration or a bell signal so that a user recognizes incoming or transmission of the voice message(S350,S355,S360).
