APPARATUS FOR TREATING HIGH CONCENTRATED SEWAGE AND WASTEWATER BY LOW THERMAL EVAPORATION AND ELECTROLYSIS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating high concentrated sewage and wastewater is provided to obtain effective treatment efficiency by continuously treating large amounts of sewage and wastewater as maintaining merits including improvement of energy efficiency, uniform quality maintenance of treated water and convenience of maintenance and repairing. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(10) comprises a sewage and wastewater tank(200) in which sewage and wastewater to be treated are contained; an evaporation tank(20) in the lower side of which the sewage and wastewater are flown from the sewage and wastewater tank so that a certain amount of the sewage and wastewater is contained in the evaporation tank; an electrode heating unit(30) installed in the evaporation tank in such a way that a plurality of electrodes are submerged in the sewage and wastewater contained in the evaporation tank to a certain depth to evaporate the sewage and wastewater by electrolysis and heating; an evaporated water treatment unit for discharging the condensed vapor by condensing vapor generated from the evaporation tank; and a sludge treatment unit for discharging the thickened sludge by thickening sludge generated in the evaporation tank, wherein the evaporated water treatment unit comprises inner condenser(50) and outer condenser(60), and wherein the sludge treatment unit comprises a tank(82) for settling sludge.
