Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A penetration structure for penetrating rainwater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce outflow of rainwater, to restore an underground ecosystem, and to secure underground water of good quality. CONSTITUTION: A penetration structure(100) for penetrating rainwater includes a rainwater-penetrating structure(110) through which rainwater of road surface passes or to which the rainwater of the road surface gathers, and a filtering member(120) attached to one side or both sides of the inside and outside of the rainwater-penetrating structure. The rainwater-penetrating structure has plural rainwater-penetrating holes(111) with a predetermined diameter. The filtering member has a predetermined void ratio.
