Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A street electric facility having insulative coating film thereon is provided to prevent short circuit of an electric wire and safety accident due to an electric leakage by forming an electric insulative coating film on the surface of the street electric facility, and a method for forming the insulative coating film is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a street electric facility(1) formed of metals such as cast iron, plating steel and stainless steel as a principal material, the street electric facility on the surface of which insulative coating film is formed is characterized in that an insulative coating film(2) is formed by coating a coating agent prepared by blending 5 to 30 wt.% of metal alkoxide, 10 to 40 wt.% of colloidal silica, 10 to 50 wt.% of alcohol, 26 to 67 wt.% of water and 0.3 to 5 wt.% of catalyst on the surface of the street electric facility. In a method for forming an insulative coating film having insulating property on the street electric facility, the method for forming the insulative coating film comprises a step of coating a coating agent prepared by blending 5 to 30 wt.% of metal alkoxide, 10 to 40 wt.% of colloidal silica, 10 to 50 wt.% of alcohol, 26 to 67 wt.% of water and 0.3 to 5 wt.% of catalyst on the surface of the street electric facility; and a step of forming an insulative coating film by drying the coating agent coated on the surface of the street electric facility at an atmosphere of air having temperature of about 100 to 300 deg.C for 5 to 60 minutes. |
