MELT-SPUN SYNTHETIC FIBER CONTAINING FIBER FORMING SYNTHETIC POLYMER AND SILOXANE TYPE POLYAMIDE ADDITIVE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Melt-spun synthetic fiber contains fiber forming synthetic polymer and a siloxane type polyamide additive. A manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: Melt-spun synthetic fiber is obtained by the steps of: preparing fiber forming synthetic polymer; adding a siloxane type polyamide additive to the fiber forming synthetic polymer (a)during production of the fiber forming synthetic polymer, (b)before or after melting; and then melt-spinning fiber. The siloxane type polyamide additive contains the fiber forming synthetic polymer and a repeat unit(formula 1). In the formula 1, n is a number of 1-500 and is number of the repeat unit of siloxane type polyamide; DP is average degree of polymerization of a siloxane ingredient of the siloxane type polyamide and is 1-700; X is selected from the group containing C1-C30 linear or branched alkylene chains; Y is selected from the group containing C1-C40 linear or branched alkylene chains; each of R1-R4 groups is independently selected from the group containing a methyl group, an ethyl group, a propyl group, an isopropyl group, a siloxane chain, a phenyl group and a phenyl group(substituted with 1-3member selected from the group containing a methyl group and an ethyl group).
