The extract prevents skin wrinkle, has thrombolysis effect, improves blood circulation, has antiangiogenesis and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the activity of elastase. CONSTITUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of diseases caused by increased level of elastase comprises the extract of Vitis genus plant, such as Vitis flexuosa THUNB or Vitis vinifera L., as an active ingredient, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent or excipient.
