Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A combustion system of carbonized gas and a method thereof are provided to suppress the generation of dioxin in a carbonizing incineration equipment and to suppress the generation of carbonic gas by carbonizing a thermally decomposed residue. CONSTITUTION: A drying portion(200) has an agitator(210b) to be connected inside a drying chamber(210), a low catalyst combustion type deodorizer(230) and a heating chamber(220) in one side of the drying chamber. A hopper(210c) is connected with the drying chamber to insert flammable waste. The agitator is driven by a motor(210a). A carbonizing portion(100) comprises a carbonizing chamber(150) having an agitator(150b) and a primary combustion chamber(160). The agitator of the carbonizing chamber is driven by a motor(150a). A separator(170) is installed in the carbonizing chamber to condense and separate thermally decomposed gas from the carbonizing chamber. A filtering portion(300) contains a deodorizer, a heat exchanger(340), a catalyst heating type deodorizer, a desulfurization device and a dust collector sequentially. The deodorizer is used for a preheating of combustion air on a ventilating passage of burned exhaust gas. The catalyst heating type deodorizer deodorizes smell among exhaust gas from the drying chamber in a catalyst heating method. A secondary combustion chamber and a gas mixer are installed in the filtering portion to use the exhaust gas via the dust collector. |
