NON-FLAMMABLE CRC PANEL USING THERMOSETTING RESIN DECORATIVE LAMINATES WITH EXCELLENT FIRE-RESISTANCE AND SURFACE-STRENGTH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a non-flammable CRC(Cellulose Reinforced Cement) panel which lastingly sustains the binding with decorative laminates and can be widely used as building interior materials, and a manufacturing method of the non-flammable CRC panel. CONSTITUTION: The non-flammable CRC panel is manufactured by the method comprising the processes of: finely sanding both sides of a CRC panel(2) throughout which micro-fibers(21) made of cellulose are evenly distributed; and adhering thermosetting resin decorative laminates(1) composed of melamine or phenol resin onto both of top and bottom sides of the CRC panel(2) by a press under heated and pressurized condition. Particularly, in case of short cycle press work, it is preferable to work under the condition of a pressure of 10-30 kgf/cm¬2 and a temperature of 150-250 deg.C, while in case of multi-opening press work, it is preferable to work under the condition of a pressure of 100-160 kgf/cm¬2 and a temperature of 120-180 deg.C.
