NONCOMBUSTIBLE SHEET HARMLESS TO THE HUMAN BODY

PURPOSE: Noncombustible sheet is characterized by coating glass fiber with silicone, using grey yarn formed by winding the glass fiber with carbon fiber. Therefore, the noncombustible sheet is harmless to the human body because the glass fiber isn't exposed and has increasing tension and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: Noncombustible sheet is obtained by the steps of: forming a silicone coating layer(30) on the circumference of glass fiber(20); winding and covering the circumference of the silicone coating layer(30) with carbon fiber(10) to manufacture grey yarn(100); and then weaving the grey yarn(100) to manufacture the sheet.
