SUPER-SLIM BIDIRECTIONAL MICRO-SPEAKER USING FLAT VOICE COIL

PURPOSE: A super-slim bidirectional micro-speaker using a flat voice coil is provided to reduce an interference phenomenon between flat voice coils by arranging the flat voice coils, cornerwise. CONSTITUTION: A yoke, a plurality of upper plates(10,10'), and a plurality of permanent magnets(20,20') are installed in an inside of a circular speaker frame. A plurality of vibration plates(50,50') having a plurality of flat voice coils(40) are adhered on an upper side and a lower sides of a lower plate(30). The lower plate, the permanent magnets, and the upper plates are formed with shapes of rectangular planes. The lower plates(30,30'), the permanent magnets, and the upper plates are sequentially laminated in an inside of a rectangular frame. The flat voice coils are inserted into an upper side and a lower side of a gap(60) among the lower plates, the permanent magnets, and the upper plates.
