METHOD FOR IMPROVING CALL ARRIVAL RATE TO SPECIFIC MOBILE TERMINAL IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, CONCERNED WITH IMPROVING CALL ARRIVAL RATE OF THE SPECIFIC TERMINAL OF SPECIFIC SUBSCRIBER BY INCREASING RESPONSE PROBABILITY TO INCOMING REQUEST

PURPOSE: A method for improving a call arrival rate to a specific mobile terminal in a mobile communication system is provided to improve a call arrival rate to a specific mobile terminal by increasing response probability to an incoming request. CONSTITUTION: If a mobile terminal transmits a call request message to a base station, the base station transmits the call request message to a calling MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(S300). If the calling MSC requests the location of a called mobile terminal to an HLR(Home Location Register), the HLR searches for the profile of the called mobile terminal(S305). The HLR requests a routing number of the called mobile terminal to a called MSC and receives the routing number(S310,S320). The HLR transmits a response to the completion of the profile search to the calling MSC(S325). The calling MSC sets up a call path to the routing number, and transmits an initial address message to the called MSC(S330). The called MSC requests information for paging and information related to the called mobile terminal to a called VLR(Visitor Location Register)(S340). The called VLR transmits the information for paging and information related to the called mobile terminal to the called MSC(S345). The called MSC requests the first page to a called base station controller and the called base station controller transmits a page message to the called mobile terminal while the first page timer operates(S350,S353,S355). The second timer operates(S380). The called MSC requests the third page to the called base station controller and the called base station controller transmits a page message to the called mobile terminal while the second page timer operates(S383,S385). In the case that the called mobile terminal is a specific client, additional page is requested while the first page timer and the second page timer operate(S360,S390).
