WATER-SOLUBLE DICYANDIAMIDE-BASED CATIONIC COMPOSITE RESIN AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A water-soluble dicyandiamide-based cationic composite resin, its preparation method and a decolorant agent and a COD removing agent using the resin are provided, to improve decolorization efficiency and COD removing efficiency and to reduce the amount of sludge. CONSTITUTION: The dicyandiamide-based cationic composite resin is prepared by mixing 10-30 wt% of a dicyandiamide or its derivative, 15-30 wt% of a formaldehyde aqueous solution and 0-15 wt% of a chlorine-based compound to condensation react them at 40-70 deg.C; dropping 0.05-2 wt% of an amine compound, 0-5 wt% of an alcohol and 15-30 wt% of a formaldehyde aqueous solution slowly to the first condensate to prepare a water-soluble dicyandiamide-based cationic resin; and adding 20-30 wt% of a water-soluble titanium-containing chloride, 10-30 wt% of HCl and 0.05-2 wt% of an amine compound to the second condensate to react them at 70-100 deg.C.
