Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An elimination method of residual organic synthetic material having property of semi-polarity by sonication from agricultural products is provided, thereby removing a large quantity of residual organic synthetic material from agricultural products, and minimizing loss of useful constitutions in the agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: The elimination method of residual organic synthetic material having property of semi-polarity from agricultural products comprises the steps of: inserting agricultural products into a cleaning solution such as water or detergent solution; and sonicating the agricultural products with ultrasonic wave having frequency of 50kHz or less, wherein the agricultural products include ginseng or fruits and vegetables; ginseng is fresh ginseng, red ginseng or white ginseng; a means for producing the ultrasonic wave is batch type or conveyer belt type sonicator; and the organic synthetic material having property of semi-polarity is procymidone.
