Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A structure of a foldable supporter for a flat panel monitor is provided to apply to fit in a vertical wall as well as a bottom and achieve space saving by realizing a foldable structure. CONSTITUTION: A base(2a) supports the flat panel monitor. A link stand(2b) is installed between the base and the monitor. The first and the second hinge(3a,3b) allow the monitor to be tilted by respectively connecting to the monitor and the base. A rotational hinge(4) is connected to the second hinge and is installed to the base. A wall mount for installing the monitor to the vertical wall is installed to the bottom of the base.
