CONSTITUTION: The dispenser comprises: a spring(20) whose top side and bottom side are is supported by the bottom side of the guide member and the bottom side of the housing(106) respectively, to provide an elastic force upwardly with the guide member which is pressed by the head(101) and to be made by a plastic material; and a plurality of rib(20) which is protruded inwardly from the inside wall of the housing(106) to receive the bottom of the spring(20) and support the spring(20) so that the spring(20) is maintained at constant distance from the inside wall of the housing(106) and having a hanging-over(106b) is provided to support the bottom of the spring(20).
