Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for refining molten steel for iron loss reducing type non-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided to manufacture non-oriented electrical steel sheet having low iron loss by adding slag deoxidizer in the converter tapping step and after degassing treatment and properly controlling slag composition. CONSTITUTION: In a method for refining molten steel to cast non-oriented electrical steel sheet requiring chemical constituents including 30 ppm or less of carbon (C), 0.3 to 0.7 wt.% of silicon (Si), 30 ppm or less of nitrogen (N), 50 ppm or less of sulfur (S) and 50 ppm or less of aluminum (Al), the method comprises a step of lowering (T.Fe+MnO) to 5 to 10 wt.% by adding slag deoxidizer containing 35 to 50 wt.% of metal aluminum (Al) to slag layer of the ladle right after discharging molten steel refined in converter into ladle(3); a step of lowering content of carbon (C) to 30 ppm or less by performing decarburization reaction after transferring the ladle to vacuum degassing equipment(5); a step of controlling constituent of silicon (Si) to 0.3 to 0.7 wt.% by adding silicon (Si) to molten steel in the vacuum degassing equipment; a step of lowering (T.Fe+MnO) in slag to 1.5 wt.% or less and controlling a ratio (%CaO)/(%Al2O3) in slag to the range of 1.3 to 1.7 at the same time by adding the slag deoxidizer to slag layer after the decarburization reaction and completing addition of Si; and a step of transferring the ladle to a facility capable of top bubbling, and agitating an interface layer of slag and molten steel with top blowing lance(6) being dipped into the ladle from an upper side of the ladle. 본 발명은 발전기, 모터, 변압기 및 자기 스위치 등의 소재로 사용되는 무방향성 전기강판을 제조하기 위한 용강을 정련하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전로(1)내에서 정련이 종료된 용강을 레이들(3)로 출강한 직후 상기 레이들(3)의 슬래그층에 금속 알루미늄(Al) 35~50중량%의 슬래그 탈산제를 첨가하여 슬래그중 (T.Fe+MnO)를 5~10중량%로 낮추는 단계; 상기 레이들(3)을 진공탈가스장치(5)로 이송하여 탈탄반응을 행하여 탄소(C)를 30ppm 이하로 낮추는 단계; 상기 진공탈가스장치(5)에서 실리콘(Si)을 첨가하여 실리콘(Si) 성분을 0.3~0.7중량%로 조절하는 단계; 상기 탈탄반응과 Si 첨가 종료후 슬래그층에 상기 슬래그탈산제를 첨가하여 슬래그중 (T.Fe+MnO)를 1.5중량% 이하로 낮춤과 동시에 슬래그중 (%CaO)/(%AlO) 비를 1.3~1.7 범위로 조절하는 단계; 및 상기 레이들을 상부버블링이 가능한 설비로 이송하고, 상부로부터 상취랜스를 침적하여 슬래그와 용강의 계면층을 교반하는 단계;로 구성된다.
