Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A paint composition containing MgO powder and a silane compound and a coated steel sheet coated with the composition are provided, to improve an antibacterial property and a far infrared ray emitting property even with a small amount of a MgO powder by enhancing the dispersion of MgO powder. CONSTITUTION: The paint composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a thermosetting resin; 5-60 parts by weight of MgO powder; and 0.2-5 parts by weight of a silane compound. Preferably the thermosetting resin is selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin, a silicon-modified polyester resin and an acryl-based resin; and the silane compound is selected from the group consisting of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 3-trimethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. 항균성 및 원적외선 방사능을 갖을 뿐만 아니라, 내약품성 및 광택도가 향상된 도료 조성물, 및 상기 도료 조성물이 피복된 도장강판에 관한 것이다. 열경화성 수지, 열경화성 수지 100 중량부당 MgO 분말 5∼60 중량부 및 실란화합물 0.2∼5 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 도료조성물 및 도료 조성물이 피복된 도장강판이 제공된다. 상기 도료조성물 및 도료 조성물이 도장된 항균성, 고광택 원적외선 방사 도장강판은 내약품성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, MgO 분말의 분산성이 증대되어 소량의 MgO 분말 첨가에 의해서도 우수한 항균성 및 원적외선 방사능을 나타낸다.
