Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for calcining subsidiary raw materials in fluidized bed reduction process are provided to increase reduction ratio of iron ore in fluidized bed reduction reactor by preventing heat loss and drop of oxidation degree of reduced gas and increase efficiency of the fluidized bed reduction process by adding the subsidiary raw materials to prevent sticking in the fluidized bed reduction reactor. CONSTITUTION: In an ingot iron manufacturing facility(100) comprising a three-stage fluidized bed reduction reactor comprising preheating furnace(40), pre-reduction furnace(30) and final reduction furnace(20), a melter gasifier(10) connected to the three-stage fluidized bed reduction reactor, first to third stand pipes for forming flow of iron ore fine and reduced gas, first to third gas pipes, and a reduction furnace Bischoff scrubber through which flue gas finally discharged through reduction furnace flue gas pipe passes, the apparatus(200) for calcining subsidiary raw materials in fluidized bed reduction process comprises first calcining part(200a) for charging the calcined iron ore fine and dolomite into the melter gasifier by calcination reacting dolomite charged into the fluidized bed reduction reactor together with iron ore fine through ore charging pipe(48) and first and second stand pipes connected to the preheating furnace in the preheating furnace, pre-reduction furnace and final reduction furnace using reduced gas of high temperature supplied from first to third gas pipes; second calcining part(200b) comprising a limestone calcining furnace(50) to a lower surface of which one end of fourth gas pipe branched off from the first gas pipe is connected, and into which limestone is charged through a limestone supply pipe, and a limestone discharge pipe extended from the limestone calcining furnace and connected to the melter gasifier so that limestone calcination reacted by high temperature reduced gas supplied from the fourth gas pipe is charged into the melter gasifier; and a calcining furnace Bischoff scrubber(60) for discharging the removed dust to stack by removing dust contained in flue gas discharged from the limestone calcining furnace.
