Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for concentrating zinc from electric arc furnace dust using triboelectric charging is provided to reduce reclamation cost of the electric arc furnace dust by simply concentrating zinc that is a valuable metal from dust generated in the electric furnace steelmaking process, thereby recycling the concentrated zinc as zinc concentrate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises first step of triboelectric charging electric arc furnace dust; and second step of passing the triboelectric charged electric arc furnace dust through a space between a cathode material and an anode material to which a voltage of 3,000 to 30,000 V is impressed, wherein high zinc concentrated dust is obtained by alternately performing the first and second steps for one or more times, wherein the triboelectric charging is carried out by one method selected from flowing, transferring, spraying, collision and vibration, wherein the triboelectric charging is performed by friction between the electric arc furnace dust and a material selected from the group consisting of copper, acryl, iron, stainless steel, galvanized steel product, aluminum and plastic material, and wherein the triboelectric charging is performed by collecting high zinc concentrated dust in a region adjacent to a cathode part after supplying the electric arc furnace dust to an inclined vibrating plate formed of copper material so that the electric arc furnace dust passes through the space between the cathode material and the anode material.
본 발명은 전기로 더스트에서 유효금속인 아연을 농축하여 재활용하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은, 전기로 더스트를 마찰 대전하는 제 1단계, 마찰 대전된 전기로 더스트를 전압이 인가되는 음극재와 양극재의 사이를 통과시키는 제 2단계를 포함하고, 상기 제1단계와 제2단계를 교대로 1회이상 행하여 고아연농축 더스트를 얻는 것이다. 이 아연농축방법에서는 전기로 제강공정에서 발생하는 더스트로부터 유효금속인 아연을 간단히 농축하여 아연정광으로 제공할 수 있다. |
